I’m working with an early-stage AI company that is building a new type of technology-driven operating business.

They’ve grown rapidly since launch and are now looking for a Systems Engineer to join the founding team and help build the technology from the ground up.

You’ll be working across:

• AI and multi-agent systems
• Event-driven systems and workflow engines
• APIs and third-party integrations
• Production systems and real-world business operations

They’re looking for someone who:

• Has built production AI or multi-agent systems
• Has strong software engineering fundamentals
• Is commercially minded
• Enjoys solving messy, real-world problems
• Wants genuine ownership rather than a defined job description
• Is comfortable working in a very early-stage environment

This is a founding-team opportunity with equity, working directly with the founders and having a major influence on the technology and direction of the business.
