We are assisting an elite US firm seeking to recruit an experienced Associate, preferably with at least 3 years’ PQE (or turning 3 PQE shortly) from another highly regarded London UK or US IP / patent litigation practice, to join its leading London IP Litigation team. The role will work directly with the IP partners advising on a broad range of complex, multi-jurisdictional patent disputes acting for high profile clients across both the technology and life sciences sectors including intersected and related innovative and high-tech industries. This position would suit an ambitious IP/patent litigator wanting increased exposure on significant, cross-border matters and a broader range of work in a much smaller, close-knit team.
