Head of Growth Marketing — Fast‑Scaling E‑commerce

Kenny Recruit is partnering with a fast-growing ecommerce fashion retailer to recruit a Head of Growth. This role leads paid acquisition, CRO, and digital product management to scale new customer growth and optimise the ecommerce journey, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Based in Richmond, the role is hybrid with three days in the office. The package includes £80,000–£90,000 per year plus a discretionary 10% bonus and other benefits.
