The Position
This position is designed for an experienced professional with a demonstrated track record of both rigorous program and project execution and the change management required to drive solution adoption within the Biotech/Pharma landscape.
Disciplined program and project management, milestone tracking, and active execution are core to this role – as is the stakeholder alignment, change and communication strategies required to embed outcomes into sustainable, “business as usual” operations. Both disciplines are essential to realizing the full value of any initiative we deliver.
In this role, you will bridge technical, operational, and business boundaries – combining hands-on delivery expertise with change management principles to ensure initiatives hit key milestones, overcome operational friction and adoption barriers, and realize their intended business value.
