Head of Finance & Operations – 3-Day Week, Onsite

MacGregor Black is partnering with an established consumer-facing business to appoint a Head of Finance & Operations. This senior role combines strategic financial leadership with FP&A and operational oversight in a growing e‑commerce/D2C environment.

You will own planning, forecasting, performance analysis and Board reporting while leading a three‑person finance team. Flexible, three‑day work week with on‑site presence about one day weekly.
