Variable Pay Strategy & Delivery Lead

NatWest Group in London is seeking a Variable Compensation Manager to lead and deliver our variable pay products and policy initiatives within Reward.

You will drive the design, governance and execution of the bank’s reward strategy, manage stakeholders, and coach project teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers exposure to bank-wide changes and opportunities to influence remuneration practices.
