Head of Model Validation & Risk – AI/ML & Emerging Risks

Valayo is seeking a senior professional to lead the Model Validation function and broader Model Risk Management across the Group.

The role offers high ownership and the chance to shape the validation framework and risk approach, with exposure to senior stakeholders and regulators.

You will work closely with the CRO, Chief Actuary and Head of Capital, with flexible office attendance potentially as little as once a month.
