Head of Client Performance & Delivery Quality

Relay Technologies is seeking a senior, client-facing leader to own delivery quality end-to-end for strategic accounts. You will partner with engineers, product designers, and data scientists to translate modelling outputs into actionable client decisions and outcomes.

You will lead a small team, report to the CEO, and shape how we present performance to clients, ensuring the numbers move and the value is clear through disciplined storytelling and principled prioritisation.
