Paediatric Transplant Clinical Pharmacy Technician — MDT

This post is based in the pharmacy, children’s out-patient clinics and on the specialist ward at Leeds General Infirmary, although you may be required to work at other sites to support the service when necessary.

You will be part of a highly specialised clinical pharmacy service to paediatric liver and renal transplant recipients, primarily in an MDT out-patient setting, supporting medicines optimisation and patient centred care.
