Senior Children’s Residential Care Manager

Wilderness Way is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes in Kirkby Stephen and surrounding areas. You will oversee relationship-based care, support two Assistant Managers, and collaborate with HRBP, Compliance and safeguarding teams to ensure high standards.

You will have at least 2 years in children’s residential care or related fields, with Level 3 and progression toward Level 5 qualifications. A full UK driving licence is required.
