We’re partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional to join their UK technology team.
This is a hands‑on role within a small, fast‑paced IT function where you’ll take responsibility for a broad mix of 1st and 2nd Line support, while working closely with the wider business and supporting the development of more junior team members.
You’ll be involved across day-to-day IT operations, end‑user support, hardware, networking, AV and digital workplace technology.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong 1st and 2nd Line IT support experience
- Some people lead experience, you’ll be looking after 1, potentially 2 team members
- Excellent end‑user computing and hardware knowledge
- Hands‑on AV systems and digital signage experience
- Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management
- Experience with onboarding, user access and general IT operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to get involved across the IT environment
Experience working within FMCG, Retail, startups, scale‑ups or other fast‑paced environments would be particularly valuable.
