Job Description:
Doccla in the UK is seeking a Key Account Manager to own NHS and HSE accounts end to end, driving client happiness and growth across clinical pathways and virtual ward services.
You will build trust from ward nurses to senior executives, lead renewals and expansions, and coordinate with Product, Clinical and Commercial teams to deliver value.
The role requires 2–4 years in account management, a commercial mindset, and experience in tech, SaaS or health tech environments, ideally with NHS exposure.
