Fancy leading workplace projects for some of the best known names in business, with a brilliant design team behind you.

I’m working with one of the most respected architecture and interior design practices in the world. They’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their London interiors team. If you love corporate workplace design and you’re at home in Revit, I’d really like to talk to you.

About the practice

This is a globally renowned, award winning practice with studios around the world. In London, architects, interior designers, urban designers and strategists all work under one roof. That means you’ll work alongside people from every discipline on projects that genuinely shape how people work.

Sustainability and research run through everything the studio does. They’re how the studio works. A real focus on sustainable, low carbon interiors. The London interiors team designs headquarters and workplaces for major clients in finance, insurance, technology and consumer brands. It’s a friendly, supportive studio with a strong social side.

The role

You’ll lead the design of corporate and workplace interiors from the first client conversation right through to handover. You’ll work closely with a Project Lead and help bring on the next generation of designers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing concepts, layouts, finishes, materials and furniture, and presenting them to clients
  • Taking the client brief and turning it into clear briefing documents
  • Helping win new work by shaping proposals and pitches and presenting them
  • Producing design and production information in Revit, on programme and on budget
  • Specifying products and materials, with a close eye on sustainability and maintenance
  • Visiting site, supporting a smooth handover and mentoring junior designers

What they’re looking for

  • Senior level experience on corporate interiors or workplace projects, ideally within a larger practice
  • Revit is essential. You’ll use it every day, and you’ll be asked to show your Revit skills during the process
  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
  • Working knowledge of Building Regulations and British Standards, plus Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence presenting to clients and building good relationships
  • The right to work in the UK, as sponsorship isn’t available for this role

What’s on offer

  • £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience, plus a benefits package
  • Hybrid working with 3 days a week in a beautiful, sustainably designed Central London studio.
  • Real mentoring, support and progression within a global business
  • High profile, sustainability led workplace projects with leading clients
  • A wellbeing programme, social clubs, product events and a genuinely inclusive culture
