Senior Business Architect – Transformation & TOM Leader

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead our change agenda, turning strategy into a customer-centred operating blueprint. You will shape the TOM, maintain the capability model and guide investments in transformation while developing a team of Business Architects.

You will own architecture standards, collaborate with senior leaders, and deliver options analyses to inform pragmatic roadmaps in a hybrid London-based role.
