Fletcher Bond is seeking an Asset Management Surveyor to maximise performance, value and compliance across a diverse property portfolio. You will oversee asset maintenance, rent and utility management, insurance, and the performance of managing and letting agents to ensure assets are secure and delivering optimum returns.
You will lead stakeholder relationships, produce reports and business cases for clients, and drive opportunities to enhance service delivery and portfolio performance.
