An exciting opportunity is available with a fast-growing Project & Cost Management consultancy that is expanding its Data Centre team in London.

Leading a portfolio of Data Centre projects across London, you will take a lead role, interfacing directly with the client and delivering all aspects of project management from inception through to handover on a repeat basis.

The role is suited to individuals looking to step up, take on greater responsibility and progress their career, particularly those who enjoy client-facing roles and working closely with key stakeholders.

About the Role

• Manage a portfolio of major Data Centre projects across London
• Support and work closely with a Senior Project Manager
• Take responsibility for day-to-day project delivery and coordination
• Prepare and analyse construction programmes
• Monitor project progress, risks and key deliverables
• Prepare detailed reports and project updates for clients
• Attend and lead client meetings where appropriate
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
• Support the wider Project Management team throughout the project lifecycle
• Build strong, long-term client relationships

About You

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience
• Previous Data Centre / Mission Critical experience
• Experience within a consultancy, client/developer or contractor environment
• Strong understanding of construction delivery and project management
• Experience preparing and analysing construction programmes
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Contract administration experience would be advantageous
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
