HR Operations Lead: Payroll & Service Excellence

Daikin UK is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead a customer-focused HR service across the business from Weybridge. You will manage payroll, employee lifecycle processes and HR systems while ensuring compliance and continuous service improvement.

You will report to the Head of HR and lead a high-performing team, driving data integrity, policy development and stakeholder engagement to deliver efficient HR operations.
