Hybrid IT Manager — Law Firm, Hands-On Leadership

Totum Partners is seeking an IT Manager to lead the firm’s day-to-day IT operations, service desk, user support, training and technology adoption across London and Munich.

The role manages the IT support team, drives service improvement and implements the strategy, policies and controls set by the IT Director, who retains accountability for technology strategy, budgets, contracts, cyber risk and major investment. This role offers hybrid working – 2 days WFH weekly.
