Senior Finance Manager – FP&A 15 month Fixed Term Contract

JSS are pleased to be supporting our client, a leading retail company based in Watford, recruiting a Senior Finance Manager FP&A on a fixed term contact for 15 months. Multi-site retail or FMCG sector experience is a strong advantage and highly beneficial.

Senior Finance Manager FP&A

• Create, drive, and own our cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• You’ll be the expert who ensures we have an accurate picture of our cash position, engaging stakeholders across the business and helping to deliver exceptional papers for the Executive and PLC Board.
• The go-to finance contact for the two business units. This is about more than just month-end reporting; you’ll provide commercial insight, robust challenge, and strategic guidance to help these areas manage costs and support growth.
• Support the Investor Relations Director and CFO by providing financial data and analysis for investor presentations, results statements, and fact-packs.
• Lead and mentor one analyst, fostering a supportive environment while ensuring the team consistently hits deadlines and high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Accountant: You will be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified
• FP&A Expertise – experience in cash flow modelling and a deep understanding of P&L and balance sheets.
• Experienced in “story telling” with data. Be confident and comfortable building relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and you have the ability to challenge and influence effectively.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and passion to the team, and you’re always looking for ways to improve our processes and efficiencies.

On Offer:

• A package of up to circa £90,000 salary plus 15% bonus and benefits
