Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong M&E background to oversee the commercial management of Building & Energy Management Systems (BEMS) projects across Central London.
You will play a key role in cost control, tendering, procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiation, working closely with the estimating team and commercial director.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, and a proactive commercial mindset.
