We’re looking for a General Manager with flair, passion, and a healthy love of good food and great company. Someone who can juggle reservations, inspire the team, charm the regulars, and still find time to taste the pistachio cr me br l e.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading your team with joie de vivre – energy, laughter, and genuine warmth
- Keeping the service flowing and the atmosphere buzzing, from brunch to Bordeaux o’clock.
- Knowing your way around a P&L as easily as you do a wine list.
- Creating a place guests love – and teams are proud to call home.
Who you’ll be:
- A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and make things happen.
- A lover of hospitality – and a knack for making people smile.
- Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness
- Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
