Reporting to: Pool Coordinator/Aquatics Manager Job Purpose: To actively support a qualified swimming teacher in the delivery of planned learn to swim sessions. Salary: All posts are for 52 weeks per year unless otherwise stated. Salary circa £23,645

Essential Qualification

• SEQ Level 1 Assistant (Teaching)

Desirable Skills

• A minimum of Level 1 swimming teacher qualification.
• A sound knowledge of all areas of the swimming programme.
• The ability to relate and communicate with people of all ages and deal with associative issues and situations.
• An understanding of child development.
• The ability to be flexible.
• The ability to work on your own initiative and to work as part of a wider team.
