Senior Occupational Health Manager — Staff Wellbeing Lead

Workplace Doctors is seeking a Senior Occupational Health professional to lead a high quality OH service within a NHS/Healthcare context. You will work to develop robust operational systems, provide professional leadership, and coordinate with HR managers to promote staff health and reduce sickness absence.

You will lead vaccination and immunisation planning, ensure compliance with NMC/code requirements, and report on KPI performance while developing data systems for ongoing service improvement.
