Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a substantive Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager to coordinate care for a caseload of people with first-episode psychosis aged 14-65. You will work with the MDT to deliver NICE concordant care and support families and carers as part of the recovery-focused service.
Experience in Early Intervention for psychosis is advantageous but not essential.
