Community Mental Health Duty Worker — Urgent Care & Crisis Lead

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join the Worthing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team as the Community Mental Health Duty Worker. This permanent role focuses on urgent assessments, crisis response and clinical decision-making within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Based in Worthing, the position offers a 37.5-hour week, with a Monday–Friday pattern and a Golden Hello/relocation incentive.
