Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for a care home in Buckinghamshire. You will lead the care team to ensure safe, person-centred support and assist the Registered Manager with daily operations at Hazlemere Lodge.

Role requires an active NMC PIN, 12 months’ UK work eligibility, and a QCF Level 3+ in Health & Social Care. Expect 42 hours weekly, including alternate weekends and ongoing professional development.
