Senior Occupational Therapist – Mental Health (Community)

The Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the Local Mental Health Team in the Ashfield area. This role involves delivering high-quality OT assessments, formulations and time-limited plans in patients’ homes and local environments, with MDT collaboration.
