Pregnancy Health Coach: Community & Hospital

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Healthy Pregnancy Advisor to join the maternity and public health team on a full-time basis. The role covers Wycombe Hospital, Stoke Mandeville, and community settings, providing support to pregnant clients to promote healthy lifestyle choices and reduce inequalities.

You will deliver individual and group sessions on nutrition, physical activity, weight management and vaccinations, and signpost to other health and community services.
