Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker

Fair Ways, a Solent-based children’s services charity, seeks a compassionate Support Worker for its Portsmouth home. You will empower young adults in supported living to navigate independence, maintain wellbeing, and engage in education and work placements.

The role requires a driving licence, access to a car, and a successful DBS check. You will be a trauma-informed member of a dedicated team, delivering tailored care plans and recording progress while liaising with professionals.
