Social Worker: Empower Independence & Community Impact

Somerset Council is recruiting a Social Worker to join the South Somerset Neighbourhoods team. You will assess needs, build strengths-based plans and coordinate with partners to promote independence and wellbeing for adults in Yeovil and surrounding areas.

The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England, with a permanent contract and 37 hours per week. A vehicle is essential for home visits, with a DBS check required.
