James Jones & Sons, a leading timber processing and manufacturing business in the UK, is recruiting a Health & Safety Advisor to support Livingston and Grangemouth sites. This 18-month fixed-term contract invests in people, leadership, and safety strategy, with a focus on embedding behavioural safety and practical guidance across operations.

You will coach leaders, challenge unsafe behaviours, and help ensure everyone takes personal ownership of safety, with a view to a lasting safety culture.
