People & Service Lead, Primary Care at Scale — Sheffield

Primary Care Sheffield Ltd is seeking an experienced people manager to join our Primary Care at Scale (PCAS) services in Sheffield. As Support Manager you will provide line management and mentorship to staff, contribute to governance and performance, and support day-to-day operations across PCAS hubs.

You will travel between PCAS hubs to support inductions, check-ins and service delivery, working with clinical leads and GP practices to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care for patients
