Recovery-Focused Community Mental Health Practitioner

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Godalming is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Practitioner (CPN/OT/SWE) to join the Waverley Neighbourhood Mental Health Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will deliver comprehensive assessments, manage a defined caseload, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support service users and carers in their recovery journeys; a valid driving licence and unrestricted use of a vehicle are required for community-based work.
