Residential Care Deputy Manager – Lead & Support Teams

Witherslack Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Children’s Homes in England. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure the home provides a secure, supportive environment for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential childcare with supervisory experience, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a full UK driving license.
