Emergency Department Lead Nurse

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the Emergency Department team, drive high quality patient care, and champion service improvement.

You will use your clinical expertise and managerial skills to mentor staff, uphold patient safety, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. Welsh language ability is desirable, but English speakers are welcome to apply.
