Deputy Manager – Care Home Leadership & Progression

The Porterbrook Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager (Non Clinical) to lead day-to-day operations in a 44-bed residential and dementia care setting in Crosspool, Sheffield.

You will work with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care, compliance and service delivery, while developing staff, supporting audits and ensuring a safe, well-run environment.
