Children’s Home Registered Manager – Trauma-Informed Lead

Madiba Limited in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children’s home. You will build a supportive, trauma-informed culture, develop staff, and ensure high-quality care for looked-after children.

You will oversee care plans, safeguarding, budgets, and OFSTED readiness, delivering a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. A Level 5 Diploma and RM experience are preferred.
