Frailty OT Lead – Flexible, NHS 37.5h/wk

Kingston Hospital is seeking an autonomous Frailty Team Lead Occupational Therapist (Band 7) to oversee specialist OT input for frailty in ED and acute assessment units. The post includes leading service development, teaching, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient flow and avoid unnecessary admissions.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours weekly) across a seven-day service, with a pro rata salary of £55,524–£62,652 per year including HCAS.
