Senior Accountant – Flexible Public Sector Finance

Trafford Council is seeking a highly motivated CCAB-qualified Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Finance Team. You will help coordinate revenue and capital budgets, the Medium Term Financial Plan, and year-end closure, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.

You will work with chief officers and partner organisations, travel across the borough, and may attend meetings outside normal hours. Strong communication and governance knowledge are essential.
