As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Collaborate with external auditors and stakeholders as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.

Job Offer

• Salary between 50,000 and 55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Permanent position in a Newport-based Not For Profit organisation.
