Investor Relations Analyst – Real Estate

A private markets investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst. Based in London, the role will focus on client servicing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, family offices and private clients.

This is an opportunity to develop your investor relations experience, working closely with investment professionals and specialist teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare investor updates, reporting materials and responses to client enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure investors receive accurate and timely information.
• Assist with onboarding processes and related documentation.
• Maintain investor information and reporting systems.
• Support analysis and preparation of fund-related materials.
• Contribute to improvements in client servicing processes and day-to-day team operations.

Candidate Profile

• Two or more years of relevant experience in investor relations, client services, investment management, financial analysis or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• A degree in business, finance or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with private markets and investment fund structures would be beneficial.
