Residential Estate Manager — Lead & Develop a 6‑Person Team

Abbatt Group in Bromley is seeking a Residential Estate Manager to lead a team and ensure the ongoing presentation, servicing and maintenance of a modern development. The role manages a 6-person team, supervises an Estate Assistant, and reports on KPIs and service charge budgets.

You will build strong relationships with Residents Associations, attend meetings, oversee health and safety checks, manage costs, and respond to issues promptly.
