Property Asset Management – Senior / Associate

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious multi-disciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to join its Northern Property Asset Management Team. Working on behalf of a range of clients, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial portfolio, including office, retail and F&B assets. The role offers a broad range of property management responsibilities, with regular client interaction and the opportunity to support wider asset management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive management of a mixed-use commercial portfolio
• Identify and implement value-add initiatives
• Service charge budgeting, forecasting and management
• Lease events, rent reviews and arrears recovery
• Landlord & tenant matters, including tenant applications and fit-outs
• Regular property inspections
• Management of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Client reporting and relationship management
• Instruct and oversee internal departments, consultants and 3rd party advisers
• Support wider asset management strategies and cross-selling opportunities

Career Experience Required

• Estates and Property Management experience (mandatory)
• Experience of working across a variety of asset classes, including office, retail, and F&B
