Leasehold Income & Dispute Resolution Officer – Hybrid

Enfield Council is recruiting for a permanent Homeownership Services officer to join the Income Team. You will recover service charge income, work with Leaseholders, and provide financial advice, with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires IT proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently under pressure. You will attend the office 2 days a week at Edmonton Green Housing Hub and ensure timely responses within deadlines.
