Social Worker – Adult Care (Hybrid)

Croydon Council is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care team in Croydon. The role focuses on case work with older adults, community liaison through GP Huddles and ICN+ partnerships, and collaboration with health and voluntary sectors to support vulnerable adults.

A strong emphasis on person-centred practice and flexibility in a changing public service environment is required. The post is permanent, 36 hours per week, and based in Croydon.
