HR Operations Lead – Tech-Driven, Flexible Hybrid Role

Axon Moore is partnering with a national charity to appoint an HR Operations Manager who will own and continuously improve the HR service. You will lead a small team and drive a more efficient, tech-enabled employee experience across the full lifecycle.

You will oversee HR systems, data, reporting and policy compliance, while coaching the HR Adviser and HR Administrator. A CIPD Level 5 is required and candidates should have a proactive, collaborative approach.
