Senior HR Consultant — Hybrid, Client‑Centred Advisory

Belfast-based Broadgate is hiring a Senior HR Consultant to join our people consultancy team on a full-time or part-time basis (min 4 days per week). The role requires solid experience in HR and employee relations, with a view to operating at a strategic level.

You’ll work with a portfolio of clients, providing practical, commercially-focused advice, building strong relationships, and supporting HR policy implementation across diverse sectors.
