Key Requirements
- Experience:2+ years as an Early Years Registered Manager (or equivalent leadership).
- Ofsted & Safeguarding:Proven experience leading an Ofsted inspection, with deep knowledge of the Early Years Inspection Handbook and safeguarding.
Leadership:A hands-on, visible leader who inspires staff and nurtures families.
Ethos:Genuine passion for outdoor learning and our nature-led approach.
