Education HR Manager – People, Policy & Inclusion Lead

Littledown School is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop all aspects of human resources within our educational Trust. The role offers support to pupils with special educational needs by ensuring staff are supported and valued.

You will work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governors to drive recruitment, performance management, attendance and policy development, while maintaining compliant HR practices across the school and Trust.
