Senior HR Transformation & Talent Acquisition Lead

E3G in London is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to drive Transformation and Talent Acquisition during a maternity leave cover. You will partner with managers to attract staff, maintain HR data and systems, and support the delivery of a high-quality HR service aligned with our people strategy.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, implement BambooHR, and help shape new HR processes during a period of change, ensuring compliant UK employment practices and a focus on staff wellbeing.
